Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about searching, booking, paying for, and managing flights on Peek Travel.

Searching & booking flights

Enter your departure and arrival cities on the home page or results page. Use the autocomplete to select a city with its airports (e.g. London (LHR, LGW…)). Choose your travel date, passenger count, and cabin class, then click Show Flights to compare fares.

Yes. Select Return on the search form and pick both outbound and return dates. One-way trips are also supported. Multi-city search is shown in the UI and will be available in a future release.

Search by city name for any international destination. Peek Travel queries live fare data and shows options across airlines. Passport and visa requirements are set by your destination — check government travel advice before you fly.

Most routes can be searched up to 11 months ahead, depending on airline inventory. If your preferred date is unavailable, try nearby dates or sign up for price alerts when that feature is enabled.

Enable the Nonstop only filter on the home search form or use the sidebar filter on the results page. Results will show flights with zero stops between your origin and destination.

You can search Economy, Premium Economy, Business, and First class fares where offered by the airline. Cabin availability varies by route and carrier — unavailable classes are hidden from results.

Yes. Type the airport code (e.g. JFK, LAX) or pick a city from autocomplete to search all airports in that metro area. Selecting a city includes every airport listed in the suggestion.

Yes. Use the passenger picker to add children (ages 2–11) and infants (under 2). Infant pricing and lap-seat rules depend on the airline and fare type shown at checkout.

Yes. Taxes are included in the fare shown on Peek Travel — no hidden fees at checkout. Optional extras such as travel insurance, lounge access, or flexible policies are added only if you choose them.

Payments & pricing

Checkout is powered by Stripe and Square. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where enabled by your payment provider.

All card payments are processed through PCI DSS–compliant providers. Card numbers are encrypted in transit and are not stored on Peek Travel servers. See our Privacy Statement for details.

Your card is authorized when you complete checkout. Payment is processed at the time of ticket issuance. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.

Prices are displayed in USD by default. Additional currencies may be available depending on your payment method and route.

A confirmation email and payment receipt are sent after successful checkout. Contact customer support if you need a formal invoice for business travel.

Baggage, seats & extras

Baggage rules vary by airline and fare type. Check the flight card and fare details at checkout for carry-on and checked-bag limits. Airline baggage policy links are shown on each result.

Additional baggage can often be purchased during checkout or after booking through the airline. Fees depend on route, fare class, and loyalty status.

Seat selection depends on the airline and fare. Some Economy fares include free seat choice; others charge a fee. Seat maps are shown at checkout when available from the carrier.

Optional trip protection and cancellation coverage may be offered at checkout. Review the policy terms carefully before adding insurance to your booking.

Changes, cancellations & refunds

Change and cancellation options depend on the fare rules shown at checkout. Flexible fares may allow free changes; basic economy fares are often non-refundable. Contact customer support with your booking reference for assistance.

Refunds are governed by your ticket's fare rules and the airline's policy. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.

In case of schedule changes, the operating airline will notify you directly. Peek Travel customer support can help you understand rebooking options under EU261, US DOT, or carrier-specific policies where applicable.

After booking

Most bookings are confirmed instantly. In rare cases airline validation can take a few minutes. If confirmation is delayed, check your email or contact support with your payment reference.

After checkout you are redirected to a confirmation page where you can view and download your e-ticket. A copy is also sent to the email address provided during booking.
